Your Emails go to Inbox, Spam, or Promotion Folders?

A single trigger word can cause your emails to go to the spam/junk folder. And, it’s very difficult to know where your emails land.

What if there was a way to check whether the emails you send land in the inbox, or spam/promotions?

And, there is!

Recently, I came across a tool by GMass which exactly tells you where your emails land – inbox, spam, or promotions.

Email Deliverability Tester – Inbox, Spam, or Promotions?

The tool is simple yet very powerful.

Inbox, Spam, or Promotions

I’ll explain how you can test your email’s deliverability:

#1. Go to GMass Email Deliverability Tester tool

#2. Copy all the provided email addresses by clicking on the “Copy these addresses to clipboard” option

#3. Send the exact same email with the same subject From the same email address that you’ll send to your users

#4. Within seconds you will be able to see your email with the subject in the carousel with the “inbox“, “spam” or “promotion” labels

#5. If you don’t see your email appear within a minute or two, copy the exact subject of your email and put in the search box; your email will appear

That’s it.

This way you will be able to easily find if your outreach emails land to the recipients’ email inbox or not. If not, you can modify and re-test.

I didn’t expect that there will be such a tool, I use it sometimes and it works perfectly all the time.
